Additional Details
APAC has moved to a new site in 2021.
Accomodation: Dorms are still available at the new site.
All other accommodation at APAC will be onsite camping, BYO equipment. There are shared toilet and shower facilities on site.
Please note: The camp site can be cold overnight, so be sure to pack warm bedding.
Food: Participants may bring their own food to the festival. However, there is also an onsite canteen which sells a variety of affordable meals including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. If you have any special dietary requirements beyond this, please bring your own food.
Drinks: A barista manned coffee machine will be available during the day and a bar will be open at night. Fresh water will be available onsite, bring a water bottle.
Important Information: There are no ATMs onsite, so if you want to buy food, coffee or merchandise you must bring cash!
Getting to site: Due to increased fire safety concerns EVERY person has to have access to a spot in a vehicle in the case of evacuation. This means we will no longer be offering a shuttle bus service to and from site. You will need to organise a rideshare for 2021.
