What is APAC?

APAC (or the Australian Partner Acrobatics Convention) is a four day acrobatic training convention that runs every year in the beautiful Regional Victoria. APAC is a safe, inclusive, friendly space that welcomes people of all genders, race and backgrounds to come and explore their acrobatic potential. Whether you’re a newbie wanting to dip your toe in the acro world, or a professional wanting to upskill - APAC has something for everyone.

Our APAC workshops are run by highly skilled acrobats who have coached and performed all around the world. With a timetable that can include disciples such as: handstands, L-basing, group acro, 3-highs, cheerleading, teeterboard, hand to hand, tumbling, creation/choreographing, rock and roll acro, dynamic skills, strength and conditioning, yoga, pilates and so much more - you’ll find something for everyone

Daily workshops, morning yoga classes, nightly training jams, fun (and a little bit crazy) renegade and performance nights, APAC olympics and lots of time spent with friends (both old and new) are waiting for you at APAC 2025. See you there!

Additional Info

Accomodation

There are very limited dorm beds available onsite, so please ensure you are purchasing your dorm bed ticket ASAP to avoid disappointment (click here for tickets). A bed in a dorm room is $125 for 5 nights, from arrival day to departure day. Sorry but we cannot offer shorter stays.
Camping onsite is also available at no additional cost.
More information can be found here

Arrival day

Arrival day is the 10th of January. Gates open at 12pm.
There are no workshops on arrival day, you have the day to set up camp, get settled and say hello to friends.
Registration will be open from 12pm
Dinner for arrival day is not included in your meal ticket, but can be purchased on site.
There will be a welcome meeting at 8pm where you will meet the organisers, volunteers, coaches and crew and be given important information for the convention.

departure day

Departure day is the 15th of January and you will need to be offsite by 12pm.
If you are staying for Spin Festival you are welcome to stay onsite, however there will be no food available as the caterers need time to restock and prepare for Spinfest. There are several supermarkets, cafes and restaurants about 20 minutes from the campgrounds.

Workshops

Workshop days are from the 11th-14th.
A timetable will be posted prior to the event online and will also be posted in the commmunal areas on site.
Each day will have roughly 4-5 workshop slots, with multiple classes running per slot. A morning yoga/pilates class generally starts the day at 7:30am with workshops beginning at 9am and finishing around 6pm. Workshops run for roughly 1.5hrs.
Workshops will have a corresponding skill level and a group demonstration before starting so you know what is involved in each class.
Coaches and workshops are subject to change without notice

Food

We have an amazing catering team, run by Raina, who provides hearty, filling meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They can accomodate for most dietary requirements (gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian), however if you have any severe allergies it is recommended that you bring your own food as the kitchen may have cross contamination during preparation.
A meal pass can be purchased here and will provide you with breakfast, lunch and dinner for the four training days ($140 for 12 meals). This DOES NOT include dinner on the arrival night or breakfast on departure day. Individual meals are also available for purchase and can be paid for on site directly to the catering team ($12-$15 per meal)

Water

Tap water is available on site.
We have a coffee stand running from early morning to late night for all your caffeine (or hot choccie) needs. We offer decaf, alternative milks as well as some snacks and sweet treats available for purchase.
Cash only
APAC also has a bar serving alcoholic beverages running from 6pm each night. We have bubbles, wine, beer, cider and cocktails available. Cash only.
