Accomodation

There are very limited dorm beds available onsite, so please ensure you are purchasing your dorm bed ticket ASAP to avoid disappointment (click here for tickets). A bed in a dorm room is $125 for 5 nights, from arrival day to departure day. Sorry but we cannot offer shorter stays.

You must vacate your dorm by 10am on departure day.

Dorm rooms contain 4-8 beds and are allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to share a dorm with your friends then please ensure you all arrive early to secure your beds or have a friend save you a bed. Sheets will be posted on the doors of each dorm with available beds, please ensure you write your name down so we know the dorm spot is taken.
Pillows are provided for all dorms, but you must bring your own sheets and bedding. Nights to get cold, so please make sure you pack enough warm clothes and bedding to ensure you have a cosy sleep.
There will be one large dorm allocated to females or non-gender conforming people only.

On site camping is included in all tickets. We have plenty of room for your tents, vans, RV’s ect…
If you plan on leaving site at any point during the festival, please park your car in the carpark for ‘camping without cars’. Those who prefer to camp with their car will not be able to move it once set up.
Upon arrival you will be greeted by a volunteer who will direct you where to go. Please make sure you bring all your camping needs (tent, bedding ect…).

Site Map

A large site map will be located by the dining room and registration desk and all training spaces will have painted signage. You are also welcome to ask any crew or volunteer for directions or help on finding workshop spaces.
Each workshop will have a designated area that will be written on the timetable as well as mentioned during the workshop demos.
*Changes to workshop areas will be communicated during the demos.
