When you purchase a gift ticket, please register the ticket under the recipients full name, but input your own email address. Once purchased, please email spincircustraining@gmail.com and we will organise to send you a personalised gift ticket that you can either print out or forward to your chosen person.

When purchasing tickets online, participants will need to read, understand and agree to the Risk Warning & Indemnity Form

Tickets are non refundable after purchase. In the event that you cannot attend anymore, you are able to transfer the ticket to someone else. Please contact us to organise a name change.
If you have purchased a ticket and cannot attend due to intense extenuating circumstances, please contact organisers as a refund may be offered. This will be determined on a case by case basis and we cannot guarantee a refund will be approved.

APAC takes place in the Australian bush. We will adhere to the advise of Victorian Fire authorities and evacuate site if a bushfire threat is in place.
In the case the event is cancelled, or site needs to be evacuated due to acts of nature, no refunds will be given
